1. Order Cancellation Policy

After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse delivery upon arrival.
Custom or Bulk Orders: Orders placed for bulk purchases or customized products cannot be canceled once confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
Since our products are perishable and food-based, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace the item or provide a store credit under the following conditions:
Damaged or Incorrect Product: If the received product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos and order details.
Verification Process: Once your request is verified, we will initiate a replacement or issue a store credit equivalent to the product value.
No Refunds for Personal Preferences: We do not accept refund requests for taste preferences, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
3. How to Request a Replacement

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Refunds or Replacements
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
Opened or used products that are not damaged.
Minor variations in color, texture, or taste due to natural ingredients.
Products purchased from third-party retailers (only direct purchases from our website are covered).
